ToBaseline offers an optional subscription or lifetime Pro upgrade.
Overview
ToBaseline offers an optional subscription Pro upgrade. Payments and refunds are handled by the applicable platform provider, such as Apple, Google, Microsoft, or another payment provider used at the time of purchase.
Apple App Store Purchases
If you purchased ToBaseline Pro through the Apple App Store:
- All billing and refunds are handled by Apple.
- Aformi, LLC does not have access to your payment information.
- We cannot issue refunds directly.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the platform used for purchase.
- Refund eligibility follows the policies of that platform or provider.
To Request a Refund from Apple
- Visit Request a refund for apps and reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Select your purchase and request a refund.
Refund decisions are made by Apple in accordance with their policies.
Other Platforms and Direct Purchases (Future)
If ToBaseline is offered on other platforms (such as Android, Wear OS, or Windows) or through direct purchase (e.g., via Stripe or similar payment providers):
- Payments will be processed by the applicable platform or payment provider.
- Refund requests must be submitted through that platform or provider when required.
Examples
- Google Play or Wear OS purchases are handled by Google.
- Microsoft Store purchases are handled by Microsoft.
Direct Purchases
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:
- Refund requests for direct purchases and subscriptions must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds for direct purchases and subscriptions may be issued at our discretion, depending on usage and circumstances.
