ToBaseline is a productivity and wellness app designed to help you focus, take breaks, and build healthier habits.

By downloading or using ToBaseline, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

ToBaseline Free and Pro do not require an account.

• You are not required to provide personal information to use the app.
• Your data stays on your device or within Apple services (if enabled).

These Terms apply to ToBaseline Free and Pro as currently offered. Future optional products or features, including ToBaseline Insight, may require an account, additional permissions, cloud services, business billing, or supplemental terms.

If supplemental terms apply, we will present them before you use the applicable feature. You are not required to use future optional products or features to continue using ToBaseline Free or Pro.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ToBaseline, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the app.
• Attempt to extract source code.
• Use the app in any unlawful way.

If you download ToBaseline from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and any applicable App Store rules. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for ToBaseline, except as required by applicable law.

ToBaseline offers an optional subscription Pro upgrade.

• All purchases are processed by Apple (StoreKit).
• Payments, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple.
• We do not have access to your payment information.

Your purchase is subject to Apple's terms: Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

ToBaseline may integrate with Apple services, including:

• iCloud (for optional sync).
• Apple Music.
• Apple Health (HealthKit).
• Notifications.
• Location services (for future features).

These services are controlled by Apple and are subject to Apple's own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for how you configure and use these services.

ToBaseline is designed to store your data locally or in your iCloud account.

You are responsible for:

• Managing your device and backups.
• Enabling or disabling iCloud sync.
• Maintaining access to your Apple account.
• Manage app updates and maintenance through your device's app store setting.

We do not have access to your data and cannot recover it if lost.

ToBaseline includes features related to:

• Focus and productivity.
• Break reminders.
• Movement and mindfulness.
• Optional HealthKit integrations.

These features are for informational and general wellness purposes only. They are not medical advice and should not be used to:

• Diagnose or treat any condition.
• Replace professional medical guidance.

If you have health concerns, consult a qualified professional.

We may:

• Update or improve the app.
• Add or remove features.
• Fix bugs or performance issues.

We are not required to maintain any specific feature or functionality.

ToBaseline is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the app will:

• Be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Meet all of your expectations.
• Be compatible with all devices or configurations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aformi, LLC is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, productivity, or business.
• Issues arising from use or inability to use the app.

You may stop using the app at any time. These Terms remain in effect as long as you use ToBaseline.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date.
